One for the Kids is excited to announce our new executive leadership team. On January 13, 2022, the following Board Members were elected to two-year terms. Randal Stancik – President, Paul Windsor – Vice President, Matt Scales – Secretary, and Chuck Rickman – Treasurer.
Randy Stancik has been a dedicated member of OFTK for 20 years and has shown incredible leadership at our events. He will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s growth and event execution over the next two years. In addition to his commitment to OFTK, Randy is the General Manager based at Willis Tower and provides executive leadership to the $40 million Skydeck Chicago business unit and marketing and communications direction for Willis Tower’s management initiatives. Paul Windsor joined OFTK over 10 years ago and has been such an active and committed board member. He may also be most recognized as the lead singer of The Paul Windsor Orchestra, a spotlight at our events. He recently retired from over 20 years in education and is the chairman of this year’s Curve Ball event which will be held on March 5th.
Matt Scales has been with One for the Kids for more than 12 years and was recently a chairman for our Curve Ball event. Matt is the Senior Director of Strategic Development at Accel Entertainment Contract.
Chuck Rickman has been apart of the organization for since the very beginning and is very excited about this new leadership role. Chuck is currently the Vice President of Sales at Tsurumi America Inc. and will bring a wealth of knowledge in the position of Treasurer.
Lastly, we would thank Tim O’Malley, Eric Degnan and Tim Smith for their incredible leadership over the last 29+ years.
