On Saturday, March, 8th over 250 guests gathered at the Hyatt to raise money for the Scott family and our partner charities, Advocate Children’s Heart Institute and Special Children’s Charities. In typical Curve Ball fashion, the champagne was present at the press of a button, the martinis were flowing down the ice cold luge and the dance floor was filled with great sounds of fun and fundraising.
By popular demand, the game of chuck your duck returned to the main ball room and showed some of the more competitive side of our guests!
Bob Lanigan and Jim Gilligan took the stage to address the reason why we were all gathered together. After watching this incredible video about the Scott family story, we opened it up for donation opportunities and our hearts were warmed by the kindness everyone showed! Shortly after, The Ken Dix Band took the stage and rocked the night away. One of the biggest highlights from the evening was seeing Sammy Scott own the dance floor – such an incredible guy!
