Black Friday. Cyber Monday. And what we consider to be the most important, Giving Tuesday. December 1st was all about giving to those in need. According to givingtuesday.org, there were 1.3 million mentions of the movement and a total of $116.7 million were raised. Thank you to everyone who donated to our organization on Giving Tuesday!Advocate Children’s Hospital had a very successful day of fundraising. They partnered with Aurelio’s Pizza and Aurelio’s matched every dollar of the first $5,000 in support of Child Life programs at the Hospital. All donations go towards supplies and supporting young patients and their families. They were able to raise $15,000!
