On August 8th, we kicked off our 33rd year on the golf course for a great cause. The weather (knock on wood) seems to always be on our side for this special day and this year was no different!
We’re always so grateful to have our partner charities present for the day including the incredible athletes from Special Children’s Charities. Our guest singer and special olympian led us in a beautiful rendition of God Bless America and surprise Sweet Caroline. After the helicopter dropped all purchased golf balls, we declared one lucky winner and we were off to start the day.

Each year, the themed holes showcase creativity and unique entertainment. Zoom on over to the race car hole where you could fuel up with an extra special drink, snack on the classics and compete to put your ball the fastest.
Speaking of extra special, we had a four legged guest at the County Fair hole, a small bull who seemed enthusiastic about attending his first outing. Golfers were able to do a little karaoke and feed the animals – have we mentioned our outing is quite “unique”?
The “Bears, Beers + Bubbles” hole was back! Hotdogs, drinks and the Bears fight song are always a favorite stop along the course.

Another fun and colorful hotspot – The Pelican Harry’s Sports Grill and American Promotions & Apparel hole. Thanks to our lovely volunteers and the amateur pros who made this happen!
The party didn’t stop there – as golfers came in from the course, Elvis was back in the building – a staple at this point! There was great food, music and winners announced. Thanks to all of our golfers for a fabulous day of having a great time for a great cause! We can’t wait for August 14th of next year!

Lastly, a HUGE thank you to all of our sponsors. We appreciate your continued support and we can’t wait to see you next year!
